Directions and Parking:
The 2012 SBSD Mud Run is located on the grounds of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department Training Center. It is located at 18000 W. Institution Rd, San Bernardino.
From the San Bernardino area, take I-215 north and exit Palm/Kendall Dr. Turn south (left) off the freeway onto Palm Ave, cross over the railroad tracks and drive straight, across Cajon Blvd, onto Institution Rd. Follow the signs to the Mud-Run.
From the Rancho Cucamonga area, take I-15 north to the I-215 south. Exit Palm/Kendall Dr. Turn south (left) off the freeway onto Palm Ave, cross over the railroad tracks and drive straight, across Cajon Blvd, onto Institution Rd. Follow the signs to the Mud-Run.
From the high desert area, take I-15 south, merge onto I-215 south and exit Palm/Kendall Dr. Turn south (left) off the freeway onto Palm Ave, cross over the railroad tracks and drive straight, across Cajon Blvd, onto Institution Rd. Follow the signs to the Mud-Run.
Alternate Routes for Train Delays:
Consider using alternate routes to avoid train crossing delays on Palm Ave. From I-215, exit Devore Rd. Turn east onto Cajon Blvd./Historic Route 66 and turn right at the stop sign at Institution Rd. Or, from the I-215, exit south on Universtity Pkwy, then west onto Cajon Blvd./Historic Route 66 and turn left at the stop sign at Institution Rd.
Parking will be located throughout the training center grounds. Most parking will be within walking distance to the start/finish line and registration area. However, for parking areas located a distance away, shuttles will be provided.
